And in 6.2 this has changed once again. I guess IBM is going the way of Microsoft and the dancing functionality that hides somewhere else with each release!

In 6.2, to install the WSRR plugin (or any dl'd plugin)

1. Switch to "resource" perspective.
2. Click "software updates" menu item
3. Select "available software" tab
4. click "add site" (no kidding!)
5. click "archive"
6. browse to your plugin zip file location and select it.
7. Click ok, and you will then be able to select it and follow the wizard to install.

PErsonally I think this is a ridiculous way to hide plugin installation in the IDE!

God bless you for this information. It's really sad that we give IBM millions of dollars for enterprise software and the only way to troubleshoot is to google for information they can't be bothered to provide with installation updates. They're so proud of how Agile they are these days - yeah, more undocumented interface changes even faster, imagine my joy.

You could add certificate from WSRR server to truststore setup. check the setting in for Plugin by going to Preferences/Service Registry/WSRR Locations/ Edit .
Or just copying a full truststore file from WSRR server to WID/WESB server and pointing to it.
